Elev8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the elev8 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the elev8 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document.
Use of the elev8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of your country or region of residence, whichever is higher.
- Not be prohibited by any local, state, or federal law from participating in online betting or gaming activities.
- Register only one account for yourself and not on behalf of any third party.
- Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
Elev8 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be suspended immediately and any associated balance will be subject to review.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your elev8 account username and password. You must ensure that no third party has access to your login credentials.
If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, you must notify the elev8 support team immediately. elev8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
User Responsibilities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit any part of the elev8 system.
- Transferring or selling your account to another party.
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
- Engaging in fraud or money laundering through the platform.
Payment Policy & Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on the elev8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). elev8 supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and bank transfer, subject to current availability.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on your chosen payment method. Deposited funds will be credited to your account within a timeframe that varies by method. elev8 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to standard compliance review. elev8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise stated. All applicable tax obligations are the sole responsibility of the user in accordance with Malaysian tax law.
Disputed Transactions
If you notice any unrecognised transactions on your account, contact the elev8 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes received after this period may not be able to be processed.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Elev8 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access by third parties beyond elev8's control. elev8's aggregate liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Elev8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or is suspected of money laundering.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the elev8 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the relevant compliance checks.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and interfaces on the elev8 platform are the exclusive property of elev8 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written permission from elev8. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The elev8 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. elev8 does not control the content or privacy practices of these third parties and is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from the use of their services. Users are encouraged to read the relevant third-party privacy policies before engaging with them.
Right to Amend Terms
Elev8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties. Should negotiations fail, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
